I think the hardest thing about being a self-aware person is when you are fully awake and aware of what is going on in your life. When you are fully awake, you have clear thoughts and a clear picture of reality. You know that you are in control of your own thoughts and you are able to make a decision. You know that you are able to make choices and you are able to make choices from your knowledge and understanding.

A lot of self-awareness is a lot of thinking. And a lot of thinking is thinking on autopilot. When we feel that way, we may not even be aware of how much we are feeling it.

It’s like when you are reading a book and you have no idea what is going on. It’s even like when you are driving, you see someone get hit and think, “Oh, I see, that’s why he was braking.

Your mind is constantly scanning for any possibility of someone noticing you.
Some people might think that this is a negative. But the reality is that it is a very positive thing. In fact, it can be very positive to know how many people are watching you. You don’t have to be afraid or be annoyed, because you are actually being watched. This can feel very strange. This is because it is so true that you are only self-aware when you are being watched. This can be very unsettling.
